To process your return or exchange, please use the link provided in your confirmation email, or contact us at [email protected] for assistance. Be sure to have your order number and the email address used to place the order ready.

Please note that order numbers are case-sensitive and can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

For US orders, we will provide you with a USPS return label, which you can use to send back your items. You can drop off your return at any USPS post box or facility. For Canadian orders, we will send you a Canadian Post label.

You will receive an email with the tracking information for the returned or exchanged item.
