To be eligible for returns or exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original packaging.

We understand that you need to try the gloves to check the fit, and that's perfectly fine. However, if the gloves are returned in a used or worn condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange according to this policy.

Please note that outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable, including the $3.99 flat rate return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund.
