Backorders are items that are in production at the time of the sale.

Backorder items will be shipped within 28 business days of the initial order.

Your card is authorized when you order an item that is listed as a backorder, but no payment is taken. Payment is only taken once the goods are ready to ship from our warehouse.

Orders that include a mixture of in-stock and backorder items will ship when the backorder items are available for delivery.

We cannot send multiple shipments for orders that contain a mix of in-stock and backorder items. We will provide update emails to advise of expected ship dates for backorder items.
